Founded in 1994 by Jack Morris, Finder has served all of Ohio's and the Midwest's Utility Locating needs. Finder specializes in locating Private Underground Utilities. 811 or OUPS only will locate Public Utilities. We are Private Underground Utility Locators, designating and marking utility data for Utility Owners, Municipalities, Engineers, Contractors and Environmental Agencies. Utilizing GPR and Electromagnetic Locating equipment we can effectively and accurately locate all types of underground utilities and structures for preliminary design phases, excavation or utility mapping. We also work with Home Owners to ensure safe excavation and eliminating any unforeseen conflicts before breaking ground.
